About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant to join an international FMCG company in Brussels. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing high‑quality service while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in French and English.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for colleagues.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
- Oversee logistics for meetings and conferences, including equipment setup and catering.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Degree in administration or comparable experience in a receptionist or office‑assistant role.
- Service‑oriented attitude with a strong desire to support colleagues and clients.
