About the role
Skrin is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support its Director in Antwerp. The role is full‑time and hybrid, allowing occasional remote work while maintaining a strong presence in the office. You will act as the right‑hand to the Director, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence, draft documents and prepare presentations.
- Organise travel arrangements and logistics for business trips.
- Maintain office administration, including filing, record‑keeping and supply management.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between the Director and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive or personal assistance, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
