About the role
We are seeking a proactive Management Assistant to support the Commercial Director of a leading international high‑tech and healthcare innovation company. The role offers exposure to senior management and a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex agendas, schedule meetings and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Organise business trips, including flights, hotels, train bookings and detailed itineraries.
- Handle email correspondence, administrative follow‑up and documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other business materials.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
- Previous experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
