Senior Relationship Manager Legal and Corporate

About the role

As a Senior Relationship Manager Legal and Corporate at CSC, you will work with international clients to develop and manage corporate and private legal structures. The role blends individual ownership with team collaboration in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret documents, regulations and procedures related to clients' legal and fiscal opportunities.
• Evaluate integrated products and solutions, and set up or manage corporate and private legal structures.
• Maintain all client and prospect contacts, directly or via professional advisors, to optimise legal structures in line with commercial strategy.
• Participate as a core team member, supporting CSC’s reputation as a proactive corporate services provider.
• Contribute to business growth and marketing activities, representing CSC to clients and networks.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Management with a legal focus, preferably corporate, tax or commercial law.
• Proven experience in financial/business law services, corporate or commercial law, tax or trust environments.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Highly organised, discreet, able to work independently and deliver accurate results.
• Motivated, confident, flexible and eager to grow and challenge others.
