MarCom Lead

About the role

Curewiki runs a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform across Europe, with growing interest from pharma sponsors and CROs and an expanding hospital footprint. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you report to the COO and own how the company speaks to the world, running the full marketing communications function across B2B and B2C audiences while building scalable systems for content, campaigns, events and press.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run an AI-leveraged content engine producing a steady pipeline of articles, video and social content for research and patient communities, aligned with commercial objectives and generating quality leads.
• Run digital campaigns across channels, read performance and adjust in real time, using marketing automation for email, retargeting and social scheduling.
• Partner with external collaborators on co-branded work such as webinars and joint campaigns.
• Own the press and announcement calendar, working with the PR agency on a relationship-led approach focused on thought leadership and storytelling, and sequence activations to the strongest proof points.
• Ensure claim accuracy in all external output and guard against overclaiming on products, partnerships or results.
• Own the company's presence at industry events, coordinate preparation with the commercial team and track their contribution to awareness and pipeline.

Required profile

• Experience building and running a content or communications function that scaled in output while maintaining quality.
• Experience in a regulated or high-accuracy context such as healthcare, life sciences or finance.
• Excellent English writing and editing across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Able to manage content calendars, campaigns and press moments without dropping threads.
