Community Manager - Go-to-Market

About the role

Customs4trade (C4T), a fast-growing SaaS company that simplifies customs and trade operations, is looking for an experienced Community Manager to build and lead its network behind commercial growth. Reporting to the CCO, you will own the roundtables, seminars, webinars, dinners and partner events that earn credibility with customs managers, CFOs, supply chain directors and indirect tax leaders in complex enterprise sales cycles that can last up to two years. You turn a community of senior decision-makers into qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the community and activity strategy end to end: define the annual mix, cadence and objectives across markets, and decide where to invest with the CCO.
• Curate senior attendee lists, drive the referral loop after every activity and grow a compounding network.
• Run roundtables (8-10 leaders), seminars (up to 30), conferences, webinars, dinners and breakfast sessions using playbooks you design and improve.
• Measure and report on network growth, pipeline contribution, referral rate and activity quality, and turn it into go-to-market priorities.
• Turn consultancies, trade advisory firms and software partners into joint activities.
• Brief AEs and SDRs with attendee insights and warm introductions, and hold them accountable for follow-up.
• Define new formats such as podcasts and partner co-hosted events and expand the playbook.

Required profile

• 7+ years in B2B community building or executive programs, with clear ownership of strategy.
• A proven network of senior decision-makers and experience running parallel activities across European markets.
• Commercially fluent, able to link every activity to pipeline.
• Fluent English; Dutch, German or French is a plus.
• Experience with account-based marketing or demand generation is a strong plus; knowledge of customs, logistics or finance is a bonus.
