Junior Team Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Team Assistant to support our Real Estate team. You will work in a dynamic, international law and tax firm, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agendas, schedule appointments, events, seminars and recruitment interviews.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and act as the first point of contact.
• Organise seminars, including invitations and practical follow‑up.
• Arrange travel logistics for team members.
• File documents both digitally and in paper format.
• Prepare and follow up on invoicing processes.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and support timesheet administration.
• Provide backup for other assistants and handle opening/closing of matters.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and prioritize tasks.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Language skills: Dutch, French, English.
• Experience with AI‑enhanced productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
