Customer Care Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join Lizy’s fast‑growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate the digital car‑leasing experience and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end care processes, identify pain points and propose automation or workflow improvements.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers, anticipating needs and contributing ideas to enhance our value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and continuously improve service quality.
• Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role at a digital scale‑up or similar fast‑moving environment.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a genuine desire to create “wow” experiences.
• Proven ability to translate customer problems into actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with multiple internal and external teams.
