Sales Assistant (Retail)

About the role

Join waterdrop® as a Sales Assistant in our Hydrista store and become the face of an innovative, eco‑friendly hydration brand. You will help customers discover our Microdrinks, provide top‑class service, and support the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values and the Retail Core Values.
• Deliver excellent customer service, identify needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Capture customer data to grow the loyalty database.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, propose solutions, and report to management.
• Execute the 6‑Drop Selling Ceremony and maintain high product knowledge.
• Participate in store meetings, training, and ensure clear communication with colleagues.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and security of stock and cash.
• Open and close the store as required and adhere to health & safety policies.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑focused environment.
