Sales Leader – Flanders

About the role

In this position you will shape the future growth of Philips Health Systems in Flanders by building strategic partnerships with healthcare leaders, expanding market share across a broad portfolio, and leading a high‑performing commercial team that helps customers deliver better care to more patients. You will be responsible for the overall Health Systems business results in the region and act as the executive representative of Philips in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance across the full Health Systems portfolio (Imaging, Image Guided Therapy, Enterprise Informatics, Monitoring, Ultrasound, Services) in Flanders.
• Lead and coach a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with hospital executives, clinical leaders, procurement teams and other senior stakeholders.
• Build and execute strategic account and territory plans to increase order intake, market share, revenue and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with modality‑specific sales specialists, service teams, marketing, operations and other internal functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure commercial excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, strategic account management or commercial leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Belgian healthcare market with an established network across radiology, cardiology, healthcare IT and hospital leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives and procurement decision‑makers.
