Two-Year Future Leader Rotational Program – Q8

About the role

Q8 is looking for four future leaders to join a paid two‑year program that immerses participants in the heart of the energy and mobility transformation. The programme rotates you through three core departments, giving you hands‑on experience and preparing you for a managerial position by the end.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Commercial & Innovation, Finance & Procurement, and Transformation & Technology departments, spending eight months in each.
• Support change initiatives, optimise processes and contribute to projects that drive Q8’s transformation toward energy mobility.
• Take ownership of assignments from day one, delivering analyses such as charger placement ROI and retail strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any field with a solid background in business, economics or finance.
• 0–2 years of work experience – fresh graduate or early‑career professional.
• Curiosity across commercial, finance and technology domains.
• Analytical mindset and digital savviness.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (C1 level).
• Hands‑on problem‑solving attitude.
