Sales & Clinical Specialist – Image-Guided Therapy Systems (Belux)

About the role

Drive the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Mobile Surgery business in Belgium by building trusted relationships with clinical and non‑clinical customers. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans for the IGT portfolio, focusing on mobile C‑arms, and lead commercial deals that combine strong commercial acumen with clinical and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end commercial responsibility for IGT Mobile Surgery in Belgium.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, decision makers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations, site visits and product demonstrations highlighting portfolio value.
• Create and manage customer quotations, tender documentation and requirement specifications.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity pipelines and provide monthly forecasts via Salesforce.
• Track, forecast and report Mobile Surgery business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in the healthcare domain.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑selling environment.
• Self‑driven team player comfortable interacting with doctors, clinical physicists and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
