Responsible Business & Sustainability Trainee

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group’s Responsible Business team for a 6‑month trainee program starting July 2026. You will support corporate, regional and hotel teams in driving sustainability initiatives, monitoring progress, and contributing to annual reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of Responsible Business (RB) initiatives and report progress to the Director of Responsible Business.
• Coordinate the RB network, create internal communication content for SharePoint, LOOP and the RB Newsletter, and maintain the RB community.
• Assist in preparing and delivering RB activities, collateral, and award applications for hotels and the group.
• Support monthly Think Planet data reporting and annual hotel sustainability reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken business English.
• Self‑reliant, able to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster collaborative relationships across teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work on time.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Competence in creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using SharePoint for internal communications.
