Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the vision, performance and evolution of all F&B operations. You will ensure each venue delivers exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results and a distinct identity within the Brussels market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all F&B outlets, shaping vision, culture and commercial performance.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Marketing Director to develop innovative food and beverage concepts and programming.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth and cost control across Lila29, Double Standard, Lobby Bar, Events and In‑Room Dining.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, quality assurance, service standards and guest experience across all venues.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Belgian food‑safety legislation and brand SOPs while managing supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving revenue, profitability and cost‑management.
• Ability to build, mentor and retain high‑performing teams and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
