Junior Web Moderator

About the role

Warwick Grand-Place Brussels is looking for a Junior Web Moderator to join the Marketing team. Based in the Brussels office, you will work closely with the Global Director of Brand & Digital Marketing to ensure digital content across the hotel collection is accurate, consistent and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits of content on the official website, booking engines, OTAs, Google Business Profile and partner platforms.
• Ensure consistency of hotel descriptions, room categories, amenities, visual assets and editorial tone across all channels.
• Optimize content structure and markup (structured data, schema.org, FAQ files) for search engines and generative AI tools.
• Monitor AI-generated answers and coordinate corrections to maintain accurate brand representation.
• Act as the main liaison with individual hotel properties to validate and update their information, photos and offers.
• Moderate and approve all website content before publishing, flagging non‑compliant material.
• Collaborate with IT and external agencies to resolve technical issues such as broken links or outdated pages.
• Provide regular reports on content quality, compliance and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• First experience in web content management or moderation, preferably in hospitality or a multi‑site environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of editorial and legal compliance.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with a CMS platform such as WordPress.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
