Sales Executive – Hospitality (Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive to promote our newly renovated boutique hotel in Brussels, develop new business and drive commercial success across Corporate, MICE, Social Events and F&B segments.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new accounts in corporate, MICE, social events and F&B, focusing on businesses on Avenue Louise and surrounding areas.
• Reactivate pre‑COVID contracts and build loyalty with existing MICE clients while identifying new opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts, conduct quarterly performance evaluations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Organise and lead hotel site inspections and represent the hotel at local social events.
• Prepare sales call reports, monthly performance reports for the DOSM and GM and evaluate ROI of actions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in business, management, marketing, hospitality or related field.
• Minor professional experience, such as internships or academic projects in sales/commercial roles.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
• Motivated, proactive and able to travel within the local area.
