Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
