Night Auditor – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to manage the front‑desk operations during the night shift at our NH Brussels Airport hotel. You will ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out processes, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Balance the day‑shift accounts and prepare end‑of‑day reports.
• Handle guest arrivals and departures, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and billing.
• Schedule wake‑up calls and provide concierge services according to guest preferences.
• Address guest requests and complaints, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Create invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractors.
• Maintain and update all official documentation related to night‑shift operations.
• Ensure all end‑of‑day tasks are completed by relevant staff across departments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar night‑audit or front‑desk role.
• Fluent English; additional foreign language is a plus.
• High school diploma or professional hospitality course; a degree in Hotel or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Good general knowledge of the hotel’s location and destination.
• Strong customer orientation, punctuality, and a professional attitude.

Required skills
