Merchants Service Agent – Customer Care (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

As a Merchants Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for Pluxee’s merchant partners. You will handle incoming queries, collect feedback when needed and keep your own action and email backlog under control while delivering a professional and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming merchant interactions in line with company guidelines.
• Generate client feedback when required.
• Manage your own backlog of actions and e‑mails efficiently.

Required profile

• First experience in Customer Care, reception or personal assistance.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; good level of English is a plus.
• Competent in adaptability, attention to detail, communication, customer‑centric mindset, customer experience management, multitasking, time management, product and market knowledge, and problem‑solving.
