Learning & Customer Excellence Trainer

About the role

Make a tangible impact on employee development and customer experience. Take ownership of training programmes and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify training needs and design tailored learning solutions.
• Create, update and continuously improve training materials, manuals, guides and digital learning content.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee learning progress.
• Provide individual coaching and ongoing support to customer service professionals.
• Research and introduce modern training methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist or Facilitator.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences and topics.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel occasionally.
