SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Consultant – Dutch Speaker

About the role

Accenture is expanding its SAP Human Capital Management practice and seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Consultant who can work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to design and implement HR transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to align business requirements with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM functionality.
• Act as a client‑facing consultant to gather, analyse and translate HR requirements into solution design.
• Support interface workstreams, integration scenarios and configuration of the HCM solution.
• Participate in testing, training, change‑management and go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing or implementing SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM (ECC/S/4HANA) in modules such as PA, OM, TM or PY.
• Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules and fluent in English with a good level of Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a matrix environment and willingness to travel to the client site in Oostkamp several times a week.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
• SAP HCM ECC / S/4HANA modules (PA, OM, TM, PY).
• Integration of SAP HR solutions with other applications.
• SuccessFactors certification.
