Senior Workday Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Workday Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define and implement Workday solutions that align HR strategy with business goals. You will guide the redesign of processes, configure the system, and ensure seamless integration with legacy environments while fostering a positive transformation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Workday strategy and implementation, enhancing technology value and positioning HR as a strategic business partner.
• Design, configure, and integrate Workday modules, aligning them with client HR processes and legacy systems.
• Facilitate workshops, communicate innovations, and manage stakeholder relationships across project teams and the Workday partner.
• Continuously develop expertise on HR technology trends, integration patterns, and employee experience design.
• Support clients from business case development through to post‑implementation adoption and optimization.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of client‑facing consulting experience, preferably in HR technology.
• Functional expertise in one or more Workday modules (core or soft).
• University degree in engineering, IT, HR, economics or equivalent; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.

Required skills

• Workday HCM module expertise.
• Workday configuration and integration capabilities.
• Certification in at least one Workday HCM module.
