Senior HR Officer – International Payroll & HR Operations

About the role

Join JERA Nex bp’s HR team to own international payroll and strengthen HR operations across multiple countries. This senior position combines hands‑on payroll delivery with process improvement, data analysis and cross‑border people matters.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end payroll delivery for several countries, ensuring accurate input, validation, reconciliation, approval and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate country‑specific wage tax, social security and statutory obligations with local providers and advisers.
• Support international mobility by working with the Global Mobility & Employment Tax Advisor on policies, governance and cross‑border cases, including secondments and A1 declarations.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR data and provide guidance on payroll and HR queries.
• Lead payroll and HR projects to analyse data, improve reporting, and automate or standardise processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior‑level experience in global mobility advisory, employment tax advisory, international payroll and HR operations.
• Proven end‑to‑end payroll experience across multiple jurisdictions with strong knowledge of international payroll governance.
