About the role

We are seeking a Junior User Support Specialist to join an exciting project within a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. The role involves providing daily IT assistance to internal teams while supporting project teams in operational and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily user support and assistance to internal teams.
• Assist project teams, including developers and business analysts, with operational and coordination tasks.
• Track and follow up on user requests, incidents, and general support activities.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the smooth delivery of ongoing IT and business projects.
• Help maintain high service quality and user satisfaction in an international environment.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Previous experience in service desk, help desk, user support, administration, or project support is an asset.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international setting.
• Organized, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
