Data Scientist – AI Projects for Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 1‑3 years of experience to join Sailpeak’s Brussels consulting team. You will work on AI‑related projects for leading banking and fintech clients, helping shape digital strategies and AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and transformation from diverse banking and fintech sources.
• Contribute to Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects, building and testing AI models for financial services.
• Support the development of data‑driven digital strategies and AI‑powered campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and performance analysis of digital initiatives.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to monitor key metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Banking, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• Strong eagerness to work with AI, machine learning models and digital transformation in banking.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
