Senior Consultant - AI Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 4+ years of experience in AI‑related projects to join our growing team. You will work on challenging, high‑impact initiatives for banking and insurance clients and help expand our AI service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product roadmaps into clear business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI/tech teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Document and optimise process flows, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Propose AI‑powered solutions such as chatbots, digital assistants and intelligent agents to improve business processes.
• Support testing, rollout and adoption of new digital and AI‑enabled solutions and provide performance reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, speech‑to‑text).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
