Service Desk Engineer – 24/7 Shift (Brussels)

About the role
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to support a mission‑critical IT environment in Brussels. The role involves providing first‑line support, handling incidents and requests, and troubleshooting a range of technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line support for Windows, Active Directory, hardware, software and basic network problems.
- Manage incidents and service requests through an ITSM ticketing system.
- Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level teams when required.
- Work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights.
Required profile
- 2+ years of Service Desk or IT Support experience.
- Fluent in French and Dutch.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Strong communication, empathy and customer orientation.
- Resilient, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Windows operating system.
- Active Directory.
- ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Basic networking concepts.
- ITIL knowledge (a plus).
