IT Support Engineer – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the Brussels office of a leading professional services firm in the legal sector. You will be the primary on‑site point of contact, delivering day‑to‑day technical assistance while working within a regional and international IT structure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT‑related incidents and provide 1st line and limited 2nd line support.
• Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory) and manage users and devices.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, phones, meeting rooms, Teams Rooms and AV equipment.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and perform basic hardware interventions.
• Escalate complex issues to regional/international teams and support centrally defined IT changes, updates and roll‑outs.
• Follow ITIL‑based processes, contribute to documentation and provide user guidance.
• Promote a visible, approachable IT presence, identify recurring problems and assist with internal training on IT tools.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support or service‑desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with user and device management; familiarity with Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Excellent customer service orientation, clear communication and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch are a strong advantage.
