Guidewire Manager – Senior Technical Leader

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations for Belgian and Benelux insurance clients. You will act as the senior technical authority, bridging deep architectural expertise with client leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and technical delivery of ClaimCenter projects from discovery through go‑live and hypercare.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns and data migration strategies following Guidewire best practices.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges across multiple delivery streams.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level and senior IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and coach Guidewire consultants and developers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including RFP responses, solution design and effort estimation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards, managing risks and promoting Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Required profile

• ACE Certification in Guidewire ClaimCenter (Associate Certified Expert or higher).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Guidewire implementations within the Belgian insurance market.
• Proven experience in architect and tech‑lead roles, leading teams of 10+ across on‑shore/off‑shore models.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch or French and full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, integration (REST/SOAP, Guidewire Integration Framework) and Gosu scripting.
• Deep knowledge of Belgian insurance regulations and Assuralia standards.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies.
