Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for a forward‑deployed engineer to help enterprise customers adopt and operate its new AI‑powered pentest product. You will own the end‑to‑end deployment process, from signing the contract to ensuring a stable, healthy setup in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise deployments end‑to‑end, handling on‑prem, hybrid cloud, and highly regulated setups.
• Debug incidents directly in customer environments, working with Docker, PostgreSQL, networking, and agents.
• Handle complex enterprise constraints such as proxies, firewalls, egress rules, internal CAs, and air‑gapped systems.
• Build and adapt integrations (SSO, IdP, internal PKI) as needed.
• Translate deployment issues into clear bugs, fixes, and product improvements.

Required profile

• Strong infrastructure and networking fundamentals (Docker, DNS, TLS, proxies, firewalls).
• Comfortable debugging in Linux environments and reading Go, TypeScript, or Python code.
• Basic offensive security knowledge (RCE, SSRF, session handling).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with enterprise customers.
