Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

As a Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist at Netcompany, you will maintain and optimise enterprise SharePoint platforms, ensuring stability and operational efficiency while supporting Windows‑based server infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise SharePoint 2016/2019 environments, handling deployment, configuration, patching and lifecycle management.
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure that supports collaboration services and business applications.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks.
• Implement governance, security controls and compliance measures in line with organisational and Microsoft standards.
• Analyse, diagnose and remediate incidents affecting platform availability, user access, authentication or performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to provide support, knowledge transfer and operational guidance.
• Review platform health, assess technical risks and apply updates to maintain a secure, resilient environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing SharePoint 2016/2019 in medium to large organisations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills in English.
