About the role

Hospitality Talents is recruiting a seasoned General Manager to lead a 4‑star international hotel in Brussels. The hotel serves business travelers and hosts MICE events, requiring a leader who can drive operational excellence, enhance food & beverage concepts, and expand commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with international standards.
• Oversee all F&B operations, developing culinary concepts that boost satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead commercial development, strengthening the hotel’s position in the MICE market and building loyalty among international clients.
• Inspire and develop a multicultural team to meet performance and quality targets.
• Manage budgets, optimize profit margins, and report to owners and franchisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as General Manager in a 4‑star or 5‑star international hotel, preferably within a recognized hotel group.
• Strong background in MICE events with an established industry network.
• Strategic leadership ability to define vision, motivate teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with experience handling significant budgets.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
