Floor Supervisor

About the role

Join the historic Hotel Amigo, a luxury property in the heart of Brussels, as a Floor Supervisor. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet the high standards expected by a world‑leading hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily cleaning activities and provide clear work instructions to staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, sanitary facilities and public areas against checklists.
• Supervise staff during room set‑ups, furniture arrangements and equipment handling.
• Maintain linen inventory, monitor stock levels of guest amenities and prepare materials for cleaning operations.
• Report technical malfunctions to the maintenance department and follow up on repairs.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve issues promptly and communicate with the Executive Housekeeper.
• Coordinate urgent cleaning requests and ensure smooth communication between management and cleaning teams.
• Participate in operational tasks such as cleaning rooms, maintaining public spaces and moving furniture when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong team spirit, reliability and trustworthiness.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Enthusiastic attitude towards delivering exceptional guest experiences.
