Executive Assistant & Strategic Right Hand

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Assistant who will act as the strategic right‑hand to our founder. In a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment you will bring structure to complexity, manage priorities and support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted partner to the founder, overseeing priorities and ensuring smooth execution of strategic projects.
• Introduce structure and clarity across a rapidly evolving business.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Handle executive administration, calendar planning and follow‑up of key actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support operational and commercial initiatives as the company scales.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business insights for decision‑making.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, partners and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Highly ambitious, eager to learn and comfortable with change.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in start‑up, scale‑up or high‑growth environments.
• International exposure and ability to thrive in a non‑traditional corporate setting.
• Quick thinker, decisive, AI‑oriented and continuously experiments.
• Excellent discretion, stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus.
• Based in Bruges or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
