About the role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant & Communication Coordinator to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. This hybrid role blends high‑level executive support with internal communication, coordination, and employer‑branding activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day executive support: manage complex calendars, arrange travel, schedule meetings, and prepare presentations and reports.
- Take accurate meeting notes, track strategic actions, and ensure follow‑up on decisions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives across platforms such as The HUB, drafting announcements and leadership updates.
- Coordinate communication flows between management, stakeholders, and operational teams to maintain clear messaging.
- Support employer‑branding efforts, assist with social‑media content, and help organize events, team‑building activities, and onboarding programs.
- Maintain office coordination, manage communication inboxes, and provide flexible operational support across departments.
Required profile
- Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (Dutch mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an executive assistant or similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
