Customer Service Representative – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid working model. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering clear, efficient and solution‑oriented support while working both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or software‑related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
• Maintain a mandatory on‑site presence every Thursday and at least two days per week at the Diegem office.

Required profile

• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Friendly, patient and highly customer‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in technical or software‑driven environments.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in software and systems.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
