About the role

As a Customer Service Agent at SAIL Outdoors, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, representing the brand’s passion for outdoor adventure. You will help shoppers enjoy their experiences by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Act as an ambassador for SAIL’s mission, promoting a genuine outdoor experience for all enthusiasts.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and relay feedback to relevant departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product catalog, promotions, and store policies.

Required profile

• A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, or fishing.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
