Data & AI Strategy Manager

About the role

As a Data&AI Strategist you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry‑specific and function‑specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech‑driven transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data and AI‑led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimise data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess the maturity of an organization’s AI and data foundation and design the building blocks for an AI‑first model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI into the vision, roadmap and operating model, leveraging ecosystem partners.
• Identify people, processes and technologies needed to develop and operationalise AI solutions.
• Develop strategies for AI‑first products and commercialisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven AI and data experience, including solutioning, designing or delivering AI & data projects.
• High‑value consulting experience with large‑scale delivery and senior stakeholder management.
• Engineering problem‑solver mindset and ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive to originate and shape new deals and lead go‑to‑market activities.
• Leadership ability to build effective, inclusive teams and strong client relationships.
• Good understanding of financial statements and fluency in French or Dutch with professional English proficiency.
