Management Consulting Internship – Customer Insight & Delivery

About the role

As a Management Consulting Intern in the Customer Insight & Delivery team, you will help organizations rethink and transform how they care for their customers. You will work at the intersection of data, customer insight, technology, and delivery, contributing to projects that reinvent customer experience and care models across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Transform customer data into insights using analytics and speech‑to‑text technologies.
• Support delivery workstreams through documentation, requirements notes, basic solution research, and quality checks.
• Contribute to strategy and transformation engagements by conducting desk research, process mapping, preparing workshop materials, and structuring inputs into clear storylines.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, insights, and problem‑solving.
• Curious, adaptable and motivated by variety and change across projects and industries.
• Interest in customer experience, service transformation and consulting.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch (both a strong asset) while pursuing a Master’s degree.
