AI Transformation & Process Excellence Consultant

About the role

The AI Transformation & Process Excellence Consultant will produce analytical work that assesses industry trends, designs future‑state processes, and creates supporting materials for senior practitioners. You will develop expertise in how AI and automation reshape operations and apply AX Design principles to integrate AI agents within processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments, including benchmarking analyses that identify reinvention opportunities.
• Design future‑state process specifications with AI integration points, operating model changes, and human‑machine interaction requirements.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI‑assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Develop change‑impact assessments with AI‑assisted organizational analysis tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to produce industry or function trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change‑impact assessments.
• Previous use of AI‑assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design, either in a consulting environment or within a relevant industry domain.
