Data & AI Delivery Lead

About the role

The Data & AI Delivery Lead drives the data and AI agenda for Accenture’s most strategic clients. Acting as a senior trusted advisor, you shape vision, own road‑maps and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable value at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define and prioritize a clear roadmap for data, analytics and AI.
• Identify high‑value opportunities across data platforms, analytics modernization and AI use cases, separating hype from genuine value.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of delivery, from scoping and design through implementation and adoption.
• Lead architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers and analysts in Agile/Scrum streams, removing blockers and setting direction.
• Guard solution integrity by reviewing data models, platform choices and AI architectures for scalability and fit‑for‑purpose.
• Advise C‑suite leaders on trade‑offs around data governance, security and responsible AI adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering or data & AI delivery, with a proven record of leading teams and owning client outcomes.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or Azure Synapse/Fabric.
• Strong fluency in the modern data and AI landscape, including pipelines, analytics, machine learning and Generative/Agentic AI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex delivery in Agile/Scrum environments and to act as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Excellent stakeholder influence skills, able to engage C‑suite executives and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Familiarity with data governance, security and privacy tools such as Collibra or Alation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with strong advisory and storytelling capabilities.
• Consulting mindset: adaptable, relationship‑focused and able to represent Accenture professionally.
