AI Transformation & Process Excellence Manager

About the role

The AI Transformation & Process Excellence Manager will lead end‑to‑end process redesign for a specific industry or function, integrating artificial intelligence to shape future‑state operating models. You will act as the domain authority, guiding clients and internal teams on how AI agents can enhance business outcomes and human‑agent collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Embed AI into future‑state process designs and create strategic AI agents to support deliverable creation.
• Lead specification of future‑state processes, operating model changes, and adoption planning for the assigned domain.
• Conduct client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform benchmarking analysis and change‑impact assessments grounded in deep industry knowledge.
• Facilitate design‑thinking and co‑creation sessions with cross‑functional client teams.
• Develop and maintain documented redesign methods, playbooks, and AX Design principles for AI‑enabled processes.
• Support business development by qualifying opportunities, co‑authoring proposals, and coaching junior practitioners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and present to senior executives.
• Track record of building benchmarking analyses and change‑impact assessments.
• Experience designing AI‑enhanced future‑state processes and operating model changes.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry domain (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Health, etc.).

Required skills

• AI‑assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshop facilitation.
• Process mining techniques.
• Digital twin approaches for process validation.
