UI/UX Designer

About the role

Spott is looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the visual and interaction experience of its AI‑native recruitment platform. You will work closely with product, engineering and the founders to turn complex recruitment workflows into intuitive, high‑quality interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design sleek, scalable UI components that can be used across the product and marketing materials.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Iterate on designs using user feedback and product data to continuously improve usability and visual quality.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers and founders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software or a digital product agency.
• Strong ability to sketch, prototype rapidly and facilitate cross‑functional UX discussions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and resilient to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for product design.
• Familiarity with research and feedback tools such as Dovetail, Maze or Hotjar (or willingness to learn).
