Senior Graphic Designer – Local Market (Liège or Birkirkara)

About the role

As a Senior Local Designer you will create and adapt creative assets for the assigned market across CRM, acquisition, loyalty and brand campaigns. You will work closely with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director to ensure all communications are engaging, brand‑consistent and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt campaign assets for multiple digital channels such as email, banners, social media, onsite, push notifications and more.
• Localise multi‑market campaigns while respecting brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Ensure technical accuracy, quality and consistency of all delivered assets.
• Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director throughout campaign execution.
• Manage several design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Challenge briefs, propose creative solutions and improve templates, workflows and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding and digital production.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously with great attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Passion for digital marketing; knowledge of the online gaming industry is a plus.
• Professional command of Dutch and good English; French is a plus.
