Studio Production Manager – Creative Services

About the role

ICF Next is seeking a Studio Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of creative and production services across its Studio portfolio. You will act as the main liaison between project teams, creative leads and external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end production plan for print, design and social media projects, translating briefs into technical specifications and managing schedules, capacity and risk mitigation.
• Oversee studio workflow, allocating design resources, running quality checks against brand guidelines, handling linguistic versioning and maintaining an organized asset repository.
• Source, brief and manage external suppliers, negotiate quotes and ensure cost‑effective delivery of print and packaging outputs.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for internal teams and clients, setting clear expectations, providing updates and facilitating handovers between creative and production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Production/Print Management, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production management experience in an agency or in‑house studio with a strong print output.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑format print campaigns such as brochures, reports, OOH and packaging.
• Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers, with strong vendor negotiation skills.
