Travel Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Content Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Belgium, using your expertise in linguistics to measure progress, assess logic, and improve model quality through conversation testing and creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and brand voice.
• Conduct bilingual (English and French) conversations with chatbots to gauge progress.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
