Social Media Intern

About the role

ING Belgium is looking for a Social Media Intern to join the Social Media team within the Brand team, part of the Center of Expertise Communication, Brand & MarCom. The internship is full-time, lasts 3 to 6 months and is unpaid, and offers real responsibilities, close coaching and visible impact. You will help turn ING's brand, values and business topics into engaging social content for young audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish mobile-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Help plan content calendars and campaign ideas
• Turn brand values, products and business topics into clear, on-brand social content
• Spot trends and turn them into concrete content ideas
• Support influencer collaborations, content reviews and validations
• Monitor content performance and contribute to reporting and insights

Required profile

• Student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master, preferably in communication, marketing, media or a related field
• Fluent in French or Dutch; English is an asset
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn

Required skills

• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital trends
• Affinity for Instagram and TikTok, curiosity for others like LinkedIn
• Hands-on approach, including mobile filming
• Good communication and organizational skills
