Senior Project Manager – Complex Cross‑Functional Initiatives

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Sogeti Belgium you will own the delivery of large‑scale, high‑impact projects and programs. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure strategic alignment and drive excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with significant business impact.
• Define project strategy, governance, delivery approach and oversee planning, execution, risk management and financial control.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Coach and mentor project managers and team members, establishing robust reporting, KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Anticipate risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee successful implementation and transition of projects to operations.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) with professional proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience delivering large, complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Experience in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environments.

Required skills

• PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• PMP or PMI certification.
