IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support (remote and on‑site) with a focus on maximizing first‑call resolution.
• Analyze, record, and track incidents, service requests, and problems.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers and stakeholders for support‑related issues.
• Support PC environment setup, reconfiguration, and installations.
• Document operational procedures and create technical knowledge‑base content.
• Perform service‑desk operations, application testing/administration, and coordinate with system and database teams.

Required profile

• Highly autonomous with broad IT skills.
• Very good proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience with end‑user computers, especially Windows PCs.
• Good understanding of major mobile device platforms and core mobile applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
