Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants to help translate real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios, tasks, and evaluation frameworks that enable next‑generation generative models to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.
• Produce clear, client‑ready deliverables and recommendations under time pressure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and synthesize findings.
• Experience delivering client‑ready recommendations and defending them under uncertainty.
